Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping rates

• Free shipping on orders $69.99+ (before taxes, after discounts).

• Shipping costs for orders below the free-shipping threshold are calculated at checkout.

Delivery times

Delivery times vary by destination and carrier service. Typical delivery window: [3–9] business days after shipment.
Note: Carrier delays, weather, and peak season volume may impact delivery.

Tracking

A tracking link will be emailed once your order ships. You can also track your order on our Track Order page.

Address accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. If you need to update an address, contact us as soon as possible. Address changes may not be possible once the order has been shipped.

Torch shipping note (important)

Due to safety regulations, the torch ships empty and without fuel. Butane is not included. Please follow the torch manual when refueling and use in a well-ventilated area.

Damaged, missing, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, missing parts, or incorrect items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video and your order number. We will arrange a replacement, parts shipment, or refund as appropriate.

Lost packages

If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive the package, please check with household members, neighbors, and the carrier. If still missing, contact us within 7 days and we’ll help investigate.
