Refund policy

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, unfilled, and in original packaging.

Non-returnable items

• Torch lighter that has been filled with butane, used, or shows any signs of fuel (hazardous materials shipping restrictions).

• Wood chips or consumables that have been opened.
  

Damaged / defective / missing items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or missing parts, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video. We will arrange a replacement, parts shipment, or refund as appropriate.

Refund processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Important note
For safety and legal compliance, we cannot accept returns of any torch that has been filled with fuel.
